We cannot stress this enough. Diet soda is TERRIBLE for you. In fact, in many ways it’s worse than regular. Why? Because tricking your body into thinking it’s receiving sugar only serves to produce insulin FASTER.

And what happens when that insulin has no sugar to process? It tells your body to start storing fat. This is bad news for anyone trying to lose weight. Stop drinking the diet sodas, fake diet teas and chemically-flavored fruit drinks. They’re doing you no good. Ditto for using those little pink, yellow or blue packets in your coffee or tea.
