9 Awesome Independent Amusement Parks

Hersheypark (Hershey, Pennsylvania)

Just about an hour’s drive west from Dorney Park sits the chocolate giant Hershey’s own theme park complete with chocolate-themed rides and an extensive kids’ ride section, but they also offer some great coasters like their world-famous SooperDooperLooper. Skyrush and Storm Runner are also among guest favorites.

Hersheypark also offers some great multi-day packages for out-of towners and some very attractive season passes for those who live close enough to visit frequently.
