Carbs are carbs, no matter now “nutritious” you try to make them. Do yourself a favor and don’t switch to the more expensive whole-wheat pastas (they taste like cardboard anyway) thinking you’re doing your diet a favor. If you’re eating bread, cereal, or pasta – regardless of the grain it’s made with – you are going to counteract a huge degree of your weight loss effort.
